FY2026 Impact Report Published
Illinois CASA is proud to announce the release of its FY2026 Impact Report, showcasing a year of unprecedented growth. This year, Illinois CASA and its network of 29 local programs reached a historic milestone, serving 10,052 children statewide, the highest number in the organization's history. An additional 2,769 children were newly assigned to CASA advocacy during the fiscal year, demonstrating both growing community support and increasing access to services across Illinois.
The FY2026 Impact Report highlights meaningful outcomes for children and families. Among closed CASA cases, 43% resulted in either safe family reunification or children remaining safely with their families, while more than 71% of final placements resulted in children living with parents, relatives, or other family connections.
In addition to supporting children directly, Illinois CASA continued investing in local program growth and sustainability. The organization facilitated $1.8 million in expansion funding to local programs working to extend advocacy services into additional Illinois counties. Illinois CASA also strengthened professional development opportunities throughout the year, hosting 50 webinars that generated more than 1,900 live attendees and recording views, while maintaining a library of educational resources for volunteers and staff across the state.
