The Advocate Supervisor’s Compass: Guiding CASA Volunteers Toward Impact
Advocate Supervisors play a critical role in supporting volunteers and strengthening advocacy for children and families. This comprehensive course explores the responsibilities of the supervisor, the role of the CASA volunteer, state statutes and standards, and best practices for coaching, supporting, and empowering volunteers. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to build strong relationships with volunteers and create a culture of effective advocacy. This course, for staff only, is a hybrid of independent learning, two live virtual sessions and one full day in person
