Healthy Futures is a national assessment designed to fill the gap in data collection and demonstrate how CASA volunteers impact a child’s well-being. The assessment focuses on five key health areas and three core CASA roles: gathering information, reporting needs, and tracking when needs are met, resulting in a streamlined 15-question tool. This session will walk you through the steps to upload the assessment and lookup tables into Optima. FOR STAFF ONLY.
