Defining and Recognizing Personal and Organizational Resilience

Developing resilience is not about avoiding pain and stress, rather it is about developing skills and practices that help lift one up out of the feelings of chaos and stress that can feel overwhelming. This presentation will educate participants about the core components of resilience as well as review strategies to build personal and organizational resilience.
