Illinois CASA is Here to Serve
Children who have experienced abuse or neglect face a frightening, profound unknown. Courtrooms, foster care, new schools. A revolving door of well-meaning professionals. All while dealing with the trauma of abuse or neglect.
Our members, the local CASA programs in Illinois, train and support court appointed special advocate (CASA) volunteers, who get to know each child and are by their side, advocating for their best interest in the courtroom and the community.
During a child's time in the system, they might have dozens of social workers, attorneys, therapists, teachers and caregivers -- but will only have one CASA volunteer.
If you are interested in volunteering locally, please visit our CASA Locations Page to find a CASA program near you. They will be able to assist you in getting started. Thank you for your interest in speaking up for children who have experienced abuse and neglect.
For volunteering inquiries please call 855-295-9948 or fill out the form below and we will assist you.
Our door is always open.
