 a Master of Human Service Administration from National Louis University. N
 orma began her career with the Illinois Department of Children and Family 
 Services in 1993 as a Social Service Career Trainee - Spanish Speaking in 
 Cook County serving Intact and Placement cases. Norma has served as the No
 rthern Region Immersion Site Director of Lake County/Waukegan Field Office
  for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services since 2016. N
 orma continues to implement the Core Practice Model across the Northern Re
 gion and throughout the state.
